The short version
Dokplane is designed so your data stays yours. The app connects directly from your device to your own Dokploy server. Your API token is stored only in your device's secure hardware and is never sent to, or stored on, Dokplane's servers in the free experience.
What we store on your device
Your Dokploy server URL and a name you choose are saved locally. Your API token is stored in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore, protected by your device's biometrics. These never leave your device except as requests sent directly to the Dokploy server you entered.
What we collect
The free, client-side app does not require an account and does not send your servers, tokens, logs, or metrics to us. If we include crash or error diagnostics, they are scrubbed of tokens, request headers, and server URLs before being sent, and are used only to fix bugs.
Pro features (when available)
Optional Pro features such as push alerts require a background service that periodically checks your server's health and sends notifications. Enabling these is explicit and opt-in. If you enable them, Dokplane stores the minimum needed to poll your server (for example a server URL and a narrowly-scoped token), encrypted at rest, used only to perform the checks you asked for, and deletable at any time. We will disclose exactly what is stored before you opt in.
Payments
Subscriptions, if purchased, are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Your controls
You can remove a server at any time, which deletes its stored token from your device. You can revoke the token from within Dokploy at any time. We recommend creating a dedicated token for the app.
